Easier certification for gluten-free products

We are pleased to inform you that, in cooperation with the Coeliac Interest Group, we are able to simplify the process of obtaining the "gluten-free symbol".

Service Allergie Suisse carries out the audits for the "gluten-free" food product group in accordance with the standard of the AOECS (Association of European Coeliac Societies). Manufacturers whose products have already been certified by Service Allergie Suisse and therefore have a valid certificate can dispense with an additional audit by the Coeliac Interest Group. The Coeliac Interest Group relies on the Service Allergie Suisse audit when awarding its "Gluten-free symbol" label.

The manufacturer can request the gluten-free symbol of the Coeliac Interest Group directly from the Coeliac Interest Group at their usual licence fees upon presenting the Certificat of Service Allergie Suisse.

Important to know: The certification process for the Allergy Seal of Quality remains unchanged.
